Jerry Eisenberg owned Exclusive Services Inc., Plainview, NY, an $11 million vending and office coffee service operating in the New York Metropolitan Area for 25 years. In early 2000, he sold his business to Automat Services Inc, Avenel, NJ, and was involved with furthering their acquisition program until 2003. Mr. Eisenberg is a past member of the Board of Directors of the NYS Automatic Vending Association. 
Stan Josephson owned Bronx, NY-based CSS Vending Co. Inc. for 30 years, an $11 million vending business, which he sold to All Seasons Services, Inc. in 2001. He remained actively involved with their acquisition program until 2003. Additionally, Mr. Josephson owned Coffee Service Systems, Inc. for 22 years, a $2.5 million OCS business, which he sold in 1992. Mr. Josephson is a current member of the Board of Directors of the NYS Automatic Vending Association.
